VHS videotapes and DVDs of the April 19th, 2004 broadcast of Dr. Northridge's lecture and the following question-and-answer session may be purchased for noncommercial, nonbroadcast use (showing to a class of primarily registered participants, even if via distance learning, is not considered broadcast for this purpose).

Cost, including shipping and handling, is $16 per videotape and $18 per DVD. Payment by check or credit card must be received before tapes can be shipped. All orders should be submitted online or be accompanied by our order form.

All orders should be received by May 31st, 2004 and payments must be received by June 7th, 2004. All paid orders will be shipped by June 21st, 2004.
